The delivery charges shown on the website are for UK mainland only. Many items are postage free. Heavy items or items requiring a courier will have postage charges.
We endeavour to despatch items within three working days of ordering. Should there be a delay of any kind we will contact you to enquire whether you are happy to wait or would rather cancel your order.
Overseas customers: please click on the International Orders link in the information box and we will email you shipping costs and you can then make a decision to proceed.
Payment can be made using options shown at the checkout, including cheques and postal orders, Visa, Mastercard payments through the secure gateway of Paypal and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions. You can also choose to pay by credit or debit card by calling us on 01323 430608.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Any faulty goods will be replaced. We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We will acknowledge complaints within five working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 21 working days.
Personal and credit card details are sent to Paypal using secure Internet technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
Under the distance selling legislation, goods can be returned by the customer for a refund, the customer must notify us within 14 days of their purchase and returned with 21 days of notification, the cost of the return is paid by the customer and where out going postage has been charged this will not be refunded.
Certain items which are special order or cut lengths, such as trimmings, fabrics and voile lengths can not be returned, as they cannot be sold on or anything made to measure.
